Position hose (19) so that hose (19) can be installed with the cab. Connect hose (19) to pump assembly (20) . Install bolts (18) , the clips and the nut that holds hose (19) .

Position ground strap assembly (15) . Install bolt (16) . Connect hose assembly (17) to the cab.

Use two people to position fender assembly (5) . The weight of fender assembly (5) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Install bolts (9) .

Connect harness assembly (6) . Install harness assembly (6) into the clip.

Position harness assembly (3) through the grommet that is on fender assembly (5) . Install a new cable strap (4) .

Connect harness assembly (3) to the headlamp.

Attach a suitable lifting device to ladder assembly (2) . The weight of ladder assembly (2) is approximately 20 kg (44 lb). Position ladder assembly (2) . Install bolts (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank (steering). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Steering System Oil - Change".
If equipped, open shutoff valves to the heater supply hoses.
If necessary, fill the radiator. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".End By:
Install the cover to the front of the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cover (Cab Front) - Remove and Install".
Close the air tank drain valves. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Tanks (Brake) - Purge".
