Install oil level gauge (27) and two bolts (26) to the hydraulic oil tank. Tighten the two bolts to a torque of 7 1 N m (5 1 lb ft).

Install valve (22), spring (23), tube assembly (24), flange (25), and two bolts (23) to filter base (21) .
Install four O-ring seals (22) to filter base (21) .

Install filter base (21) and four bolts (20) into the hydraulic oil tank.

Typical Example
Apply 3G-4090 RTV Silicone Sealant to the mating surfaces of the hydraulic tank. Make sure that the ends of the sealant overlap in a crisscross manner, as shown.

Attach Tooling (B) to the hydraulic oil tank. Use a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling in order to install the top half of the hydraulic oil tank. The weight of the top half of the hydraulic oil tank is 79 kg (175 lb).

Install 80 bolts (17) and locknuts (16) to the hydraulic oil tank.
