Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Water outlet manifold
Clean the mounting surface of the cylinder head. Clean the mounting surface of the water outlet manifold. Install a new gasket. Do not use a sealant on the gasket.
Install seven bolts that mount the water outlet manifold to the cylinder head. Apply 4C-9612 Silicone Sealant to the threads of the bolts.Note: There are three different sizes of bolts that fasten the water outlet manifold to the cylinder head. Ensure that the bolts are in the correct position.
Install the retainer clip (3) for wiring harness (4). Install the retainer clip (2) for fuel ratio control line (1) .
Tighten the bolts that mount the water outlet manifold to the cylinder head.
Install fuel ratio control line (1) onto the inlet and exhaust manifold.
