Information:

The following test explains the test for the left auger conveyor pump. The right auger conveyor pump is identical to the left auger conveyor pump. Use the following procedure for both auger conveyor pumps.

The left and right auger motors are located at rear of the machine, as shown.

(5) Left auger conveyor motor
The left auger conveyor pump provides flow to left auger conveyor motor (5). Perform the following flow test on the left auger conveyor motor.

(6) Hose (5) Left auger conveyor motor
Hose (6) from the left auger conveyor pump will serve as the flow test source. Disconnect hose (6) from left auger conveyor motor (5) .

(6) Hose (A) Tooling (7) Cable strap
Install Tooling (A) to hose (6) .
Connect the other end of Tooling (A) to the port for hose (6) .
Secure Tooling (A) to the frame of the machine by using cable strap (7). This will prevent sudden movement of the hose. Make sure that all of the connections are secure.

(8) Toggle switch (left auger conveyor)
Start the engine. Run the engine at high idle. Move toggle switch (8) to the FORWARD position.
The flow rate for the left auger conveyor pump is 99 L (26 US gal) at high idle.
Shut off the engine.
Disconnect Tooling (A) from hose (6) .
Disconnect the other end of Tooling (A) from the port for hose (6) .
Install hose (6) to the left auger conveyor motor.
Make sure that the lines are secure and free from leaks.Test for Lower Pump Stack (Reverse Direction for Left Auger Conveyor Pump)
Sudden movement of the machine or release of oil under pressure can cause serious injury to persons on or near the machine.To prevent possible injury, perform the procedure that follows before testing and adjusting the hydraulic system.
Use the following procedure before you perform the test procedure that follows:
Park the machine on a level area that is clear from all equipment and material.
Verify that the service brake system and the parking brake system are in good working order.
Block the drive wheels in both directions.
Apply the parking brake.
Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.

(5) Left auger conveyor motor (9) Hose (10) Port "B"
Hose (9) at port "B" (10) will serve as the flow test source. Disconnect hose (9) from left auger conveyor motor (5) .

Install the hose end of Tooling (A) to port "B" (10) .
Install hose (9) to the other end of Tooling (A) .
Secure Tooling (A) to the frame of the machine by using cable strap (7). This will prevent sudden movement of the hose.
