Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or disposal.

Loosen hose clamp (4) .
Remove eight bolts (1) and two bolts (3) that fasten the water pump to the front housing.
Tap water pump (2) with a soft hammer in order to loosen water pump (2) .
Remove water pump (2) and the gasket.
