6N-2064 Air Lines Gp
Remove the 6N-2064 Air Lines Gp from the original engine, retain all components, and hardware to be reused.
Install the previously removed air lines group onto the new engine.
Remove the 7N-4468 Air Cleaner Gp from the original engine, retain all components, and hardware to be reused.
Install the previously removed air cleaner group onto the new engine.

Remove the 6N-2065 Muffler Gp and the 6N-2061 Dust Ejector Gp from the original engine, retain all components, and hardware for reuse.
Install the previously removed muffler group and dust ejector group onto the new engine.

Remove the 6W-5168 Engine and Transmission Wiring from the original engine, retain all components, and hardware for reuse.
Install the previously removed wiring harness onto the new engine.Installation of the repower engine

Engine installed in the machine chassis.
Install the new engine into the machine chassis. Engine mounting location does not change. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, SENR7831 for general installation instructions.

6W-0279 Power Train Oil Lines Gp
Reconnect power train cooler oil lines. Refer to 6W-0279 Power Train Oil Lines Gp for any necessary replacement parts.

Fan guard
Reinstall the previously removed fan and fan guard. Refer to 6N-2063 Blower Fan and Guard Gp for any necessary replacement parts.

Radiator
Reconnect the radiator and heater water lines.

Fuel lines

Throttle linkage
Reconnect the engine fuel lines and throttle linkage.
Connect any remaining components and reinstall hood and enclosure assemblies.Repower Machine Cycle Times
Refer to the Service Manual for the particular machine in order to record machine cycle times.
Record and compare the cycle times between the original machine and the repowered machine.Repower Machine Stall Speed
Do not leave the converter in a stall condition for a prolonged period. Only stall the converter long enough to record engine speed and boost pressure. Observe the temperatures of the torque converter oil and cooling system, do not allow either to overheat.
Refer to the Service Manual for the particular machine in order to record machine stall speed.
Record and compare the repowered machine stall speed against the original machine stall speed.
