When reporting the repair, use "PI10100" as the Partnumber and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim DescriptionCode and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair isdone after failure, use "PI10100" as the Part Number, "7751" as the GroupNumber, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMSDescription Code.PROBLEM
Cylinder locks are being installed or updatedto the scraper product line for use while changing cutting edges or performingmaintenance. Personal injury or death may result, if the bowl is not blockedup and cylinder locks are not installed on gate cylinder and wheel framecylinder. Rework Procedure
Weld 2134827 and 2134826 Brackets to the wheelframe of the scrapers for storing the 2118673 Cylinder Locks, when notin use. Refer to Illustration 1 and 2 for the welding dimensions. Referto Illustration 3 thru 6 which show blocking procedures as well as whatthe installed cylinder locks will look like.These parts are available from CWTS (Wamego).
