ApplyTooling (K) to the upper bores.Note: Proper alignment of the bores is important.
Install upper hitch pin (19). Install bolt (18) and the washer.

ApplyTooling (K) to the lower bores.
Install pin (16) .
Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect" for the correct procedure.

Note: Proper alignment of the bores will ensure that spacer (17) will seat properly.
Install lower spacer (17) in the lower hitch. Make sure that the spacer is installed in the original position.

Install lower hitch mount plate (14). Install two bolts (13). The torque for bolts (13) is 68 N m (50 lb ft).
Use a thickness feeler gauge in order to measure the distance between the frame and the lower hitch mount plate. Check completely around the lower hitch mount plate. Record the minimum measurement that is found.

Remove lower hitch mount plate (14) .
Install shim pack (15) under lower hitch mount plate (14). The shim pack thickness should equal the measurement from Step 54 minus 0.25 mm (0.010 inch).

Install bolts (12) and (13). The torque for bolts (12) is 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft). The torque for bolts (13) is 570 80 N m (420 59 lb ft).

Remove the suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) from the loader frame.

Install bolt (11). Repeat on the other side of the loader frame.

Install light assemblies (9) and sensor (10) .

Remove the suitable cribbing from the front of the rear frame.

Remove Tooling (A) from the rear frame.

Install pin (7) and bolt (6) to the rod end of both steering cylinders.

Connect hose assembly (3) .
Install bolt (4), the washer, and the clip.
Connect harness assembly (5) .

Connect service brake line (2) to fixed axle (1) .
Fill the oil from the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By:
Install the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Install the center drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Center) - Remove and Install".
Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Install".
