Remove the flywheel.
Use Tooling (A) to drill three evenly spaced holes in the crankshaft rear seal.

Use Tooling (B) in order to remove the outer half of rear crankshaft seal (1) .
Use Tooling (A) to drill three evenly spaced holes in the crankshaft rear seal.

Use Tooling (B) in order to remove the inner half of rear crankshaft seal (1) .Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (C) to install crankshaft rear seal (1) .Note: Position the locator and install the bolts to hold in position. Install the seal over the locator and position the installer. Install the nut and turn until the nut stops. Inspect and remove the tooling.
