VALVE GP (SEM) 5174925 - Caterpillar

1. Remove four bolts (1) and washers from upper radiator tube assembly. Reposition tube (2). 2. Loosen lower radiator hose clamp (3). Slide hose (4) away from radiator.3. Disconnect two hoses (5) to the oil cooler (lower hose shown). 4. Remove four nuts (6), bolts and washers from lower radiator mounts. 5. Attach chains and a suitable lifting device to the radiator (5). Slowly lift the radiator from the frame. Radiator weight is 158 kg (350 lb). The fan shroud will also lift with the radiator. For installation of the radiator, reverse the removal steps.End by:a. Install the radiator guard.b. Install the fan.
