Install coupling (22) with pin (23) from the gerotor.

Install gerotor assembly (21) .
Install locating pins (19) and O-rings (20) .

Position cover (18) with the gasket onto the pump housing. Install bolts (17). Tighten bolts (17) to a torque of 36 to 43 N m (26 to 32 lb ft).

Install retaining ring (16) .

Position hub (14) onto the shaft and install setscrew (15). Tighten setscrew (15) to a torque of 49 5 N m (36 4 lb ft).

Install spool (12) and spring (13). Be sure that the fork on the link engages with the flats on spool (12) .

Install charge relief valve poppet (10) and spring (9) .

Install the O-ring seal onto plug (8). Install charge relief valve plug (8) .

Position cover (7) with the gasket onto the pump housing. Install bolts (6). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 15.0 to 17.5 N m (11 to 13 lb ft).
