Center Console
(1) Timer module Timer module (1) is located in the machine center console.Timer module (1) controls the volume of water sprayed by the water pump. The volume is regulated by time intervals of water pump ON and OFF periods. Timer module (1) cycles the water pump ON and OFF in continuous cycles. The timer module contains an eight position rotary switch to select timing cycles. Each timing cycle consisting of 3 seconds of water pump ON time and five second decrements of water pump OFF time for each switch position. The decreasing OFF intervals increase total water flow from rotary switch position one to position eight. The selective timing cycles are as follows:
Position 1 3 seconds ON and 40 seconds OFF
Position 2 3 seconds ON and 35 seconds OFF
Position 3 3 seconds ON and 30 seconds OFF
Position 4 3 seconds ON and 25 seconds OFF
Position 5 3 seconds ON and 20 seconds OFF
Position 6 3 seconds ON and 15 seconds OFF
Position 7 3 seconds ON and 10 seconds OFF
Position 8 3 seconds ON and 5 seconds OFF

(2) Water pump and motor group
(3) Water filter The water pump and motor group (2) is located on the bottom of the operator platform on the right side of the machine.The water pump and motor group (2) contains an electric motor that operates a diaphragm pump. The pump is positive displacement. The electric motor receives 12 V of power from timer module (1).Water pump (2) draws water from the tank through water filter (3) in order to remove contaminants that could damage the water pump. The filter contains a cleanable and replaceable stainless steel filter element.

Rear of Machine
(4) Water tank cap
(5) Water tank Water tank (5) is located at the rear of the machine.Water tank (5) has a capacity of 100 L (26.4 US gal). The tank is molded as a portion of the operator seat base. The water tank is filled at water tank cap (4) at the left rear of the machine. Outlets to water filter (3) and water pump (2) are located at lowest point of the tank near the front bottom.

Rear of Machine
(6) Rear spray bar Rear spray bar (6) is located at the rear of the machine. The front spray bar (not shown ) is located similarly at the front of the machine. The drum scrapers are lifted to access these components.Rear spray bar (6) and front spray bar are pressurized simultaneously by water pump (2). The water is routed through each spray bar to spray heads. Each spray bar is equipped with four spray heads.
