Release the pressure in the implement hydraulic circuits (boom, stick, and bucket) before any hydraulic lines or components are disconnected or removed.
In order to prevent oil leakage, apply a vacuum to the hydraulic tank or drain the hydraulic tank. If you drain the hydraulic tank, drain the oil into a container that is large enough to contain the oil. Dispose of the oil in a proper manner.
Disconnect the existing high pressure auxiliary hose from both sides of the stick.
Attach 1 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal (4), 1 6V-9007 Elbow (10), 1 6V-9746 O-Ring Seal (11) to 1 118-2469 Block (1) and 1 4J-0520 O-Ring Seal (5) to the operator side of the stick. Refer to Illustration 2.
Attach the block to the existing line using 4 7X-2549 Bolt (12), and 4 8T-4223 Hard Washer (14) .
Attach 1 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal (4), 1 6V-9007 Elbow (10), 1 6V-9746 O-Ring Seal (11) to 1 179-8748 Block (2). Install 1 4J-0522 O-Ring Seal (6) to the opposite side of the stick. Refer to Illustration 2.
Attach the block to the existing line using 4 6V-8004 Bolt (9), and 4 8T-4223 Hard Washer (14) .
Attach 1 192-5120 Hose As (3) to both 6V-9007 Elbow (10) .Note: Perform this step for both sides of the cylinder.
Attach the opposite end of 192-5120 Hose As (3) to the head end of the thumb cylinder. Use 2 8C-3205 Half Flange (13), 1 4J-5267 O-Ring Seal (7), 4 8T-4896 Hard Washer (15), and 4 5S-7382 Bolt
