Install eight counterweights (10) to the counterweight frame. Use 16 bolts (17) and 16 washers (19) for alignment. Tighten bolts to a torque of 620 80 N m (450 60 lb ft).

Assemble eight bolts (18) and eight plates (6) on the front of the frame to the counterweights. Tighten to a torque of 500 65 N m (370 50 lb ft).

Install plates (11) to counterweight frame (9). Use four bolts (15) and four washers (19). Tighten bolts to a torque of 620 80 N m (450 50 lb ft).After assembly is complete, prepare the machine for use. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual.Necessary Parts for Ground Level Service Center

Install panel (1) to left-hand side of counterweight frame with two bolts (2) and two washers (3) .

Connect terminal (CC) on harness assembly (4) to toggles switch (5). Connect terminal (DD) to toggle switch (6). Terminal (EE) will already be connected to the machine.
Secure switch wiring to the inside of panel (1) with two clips (7), bolt (8), washer (9), and cable strap (10). See Illustration 16.

Route harness assembly (4) through panel (1) .

Secure harness assembly (4) to the side of panel (1) with two half flanges (11), four washers (9), and four bolts (12) .
