Information:
Lower (2.) - Use the same procedures above to activate the lower wipers.Light Switches
Taillight/Headlights (1.) - Turn the switch CLOCKWISE to the first notch to turn on the taillights only. Turn the switch to the second notch for both headlights and taillights. Turn the switch COUNTERCLOCKWISE to OFF, to turn both the headlights and taillights OFF.
Flood Lights Center (2.) - Move the switch RIGHT to turn the lights ON. Move the switch LEFT to turn the lights OFF.
Flood Lights Front and Rear (3.) - Move the switch RIGHT to turn the lights ON. Move the switch LEFT to turn the lights OFF.
Depress the switch to change the headlights from DIM to BRIGHT. Depress the switch again to change the headlights from BRIGHT to DIM.Engine Start Switch
1. Turn the switch CLOCKWISE to START, to engage the starter motor. Release the switch and it will return to OFF.Ether Start Aid Switch
Push the switch in to inject a metered amount of ether. Release the switch after the injection.
Inject ether ONLY while cranking the engine. Use the ether sparingly. Excessive ether can cause piston and ring damage. Use ONLY when temperatures are below 0°C (32°F) for cold weather starting purposes.
Circuit Breakers and Fuses
Main Circuit Breaker - To reset the circuit breaker, PUSH the button IN. If the circuit breaker is working properly, the button will remain depressed. If the circuit breaker does not remain depressed, investigate and correct the cause.
Air Conditioner/Heater - Use the same procedures shown above to reset the circuit breaker.
Fuses - Replace the individual fuses with the same size and type fuse that was removed. If the new element separates after installation, have the electrical circuit checked. 1. Spare 2. Supplemental Steering - 10 Amp 3. Turn Signals - 10 Amp 4. Cushion Blade - 10 Amp 5. Dozer Float - 10 Amp 6. Blade Float - 10 Amp 7. Air Dryer - 10 Amp 8. Spare 9. Spare 10. Blade Lights - 15 Amp 11. Rear Flood - 15 Amp 12. Stop Lights - 10 Amp 13. Operator Panel - 5 Amp 14. Service Hour Meter - 10 Amp 15. Differential Lock - 10 Amp 16. Backup Alarm - 15 Amp 17. Horn - 15 Amp 18. Spare
Another fuse panel is located in the operator's compartment, to the upper right of the operator, on the compartment wall. 1. Front Wiper - 4 Amp (slow blow) 2. Heater/Air Conditioner - 15 Amp 3. Beacon - 10 Amp 4. Fan - 10 Amp (Rear) 5. Dome Light - 5 Amp 6. Rear Wiper - 4 Amp (slow blow) 7. Lighter - 15 Amp 8. SpareHeating
