Report preferences: General tabPerform the following in order to select general preferences:
In the Mine Site Name box, type the name of the mine site. This will appear in the title of the report.
Under "Misc.", select the name of the desired machine. If a specific machine is selected, the Operator Name drop down list will become populated with all operators who have used the selected machine, and the Machine Type drop down list will display the type of machine that was selected.
Depending on the type of report that is desired, information about the design files may be viewed. Perform the following in order to view the design files:
Under "Design File Name", select "Ore Design" or select "Elevation Design".
Select a specific design file from the drop down list or chose "All". This will bring up a report that includes information for all design files listed in the drop down list.Units Preferences

Report preferences: Units tabWhen CAES Productivity Report Generator collects productivity data, the data is stored in metric values. By default, time values in reports will be displayed in seconds, and units will be metric values (meters, km/hr, square meters, cubic meters). The units for any values displayed in reports can be changed. Perform the following in order to change the display units:
Selecting Time Units.
Select the desired time unit under the Units tab.
Selecting English vs. Metric Units.
Select the appropriate button under the Units tab. It is possible to select different units for each unit option. For example, units can be set to distance values in feet, velocity values in miles per hour, area values in square meters, and volume values in cubic yards.
About Conversion Factor.
If report unit values other than the displayed options are desired the conversion factor must be entered into the "Conv Factor" box. CAES Productivity Report Generator will change the displayed values from the metric default to the desired unit. For example, in order to see distance values in kilometers rather than meters or feet, select the Conv. Factor option and type ".001" in the Conv. Factor box (1 kilometer *.001 = 1 meter).Time Frame Preferences

Report preferences: Time Frame tabProductivity data for one of the following three time frame options can be selected:
A certain shift (specified in the CAES Upload Server application)
A preselected time frame (previous day, previous month, etc.)
A specific time framePerform the following in order to select a time frame:
Select a report by shift.
Use the drop down box under "Shift".
Select a report by preselected time frame.
Select an option under "Time Frame" (start and end times will be automatically selected).
Select a report by any other time frame.
Under "Time Frame", select" Range".
