Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler (15). The weight of the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler (15) is approximately 98 kg (215 lb). Install the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler (15) .

Install bolts (16). Repeat for the other side.

Connect hose (13) and tube assembly (14) .

Install bottom guard (12) .

Install bolts (10).

Move hose (5) into position and install cable straps (8) .

Install hose (4). Install tube assembly (7). Install cable strap (6). Connect hose (5).

Connect hose (3). Install clamp (2).

Install clamp (1) .
Fill the hydraulic system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".End By:
Install the aftercooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Aftercooler - Remove and Install".
Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".
