Replace the existing harness with the 137-8461 Control Harness As (1) .Installation of the Sensor Wiring Group

Connect the plug that is marked "ROD END" that is on the 228-5075 Monitor Harness As (3) to the lead of the pressure sensor for the rod end of the lift cylinder .
Connect the plug that is marked "HEAD END" on the 228-5075 Monitor Harness As (3) to the lead of the pressure sensor for the head end of the lift cylinder .
Connect the 228-5075 Sensor Harness As (3) onto the Electrohydraulic Control Harness (A) .
Use the following hardware and secure the 228-5075 Sensor Harness As (3) :
Four 7K-1181 Cable Straps (1)
Two 8X-7517 Bracket As (2)
Two 130-5300 Clips (4)
Two 5P-9297 Clips (5)
Two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (6)
Two 8T-4136 Bolts (7) Installation of the Payload Monitor Gp

Use the following hardware to install the 193-0771 Bracket (29) in the cab:
Two 8T-4185 Bolts (34)
Two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (33)
Use four 113-0919 Bolts (26) to install the 228-6563 Monitor Electronic Control Module (25) onto the 193-2652 Plate As (30) .
Use four 113-0919 Bolts (26) to install the 149-3253 Payload Keypad Module (27) onto the 193-2652 Plate As (30) .
Place the 2G-1133 Grommet (32) onto the 162-5597 Monitor Harness As (28). Refer to Illustration 24 for the location.
Connect the proper plug on the 162-5597 Monitor Harness As (28) to the 228-6563 Monitor Electronic Control Module (25) .
Install the 7N-5876 Lamp (23) into the lamp socket that is on the 162-5597 Monitor Harness As (28). Install the lamp socket into the 149-3253 Payload Keypad Module (27) .
Connect the proper plug that is on the 162-5597 Monitor Harness As (28) to the 149-3253 Payload Keypad Module (27) .
Use four 9X-8917 Screws (24) to mount the proper plug to the bracket on 193-2652 Plate As (30). Refer to Illustration 24.
Install the 2G-1133 Grommet (32) into the side of the 193-2653 Cover (31) .
Use four 9X-2042 Screws (35) to install the 193-2653 Cover (31) on the 193-2652 Plate As (30) .
Install the 3E-5165 Protection Cap Assembly (21) onto the plug that is on the side of the monitor.
Route 162-5597 Monitor Harness As (28) inside cab. Refer to Illustration 24.
Connect 162-5597 Monitor Harness As (28) to the wiring group for the cab. Secure the 162-5597 Monitor Harness As (28) with three 3S-2093 Cable Straps (22) .
