A     138-7573     Link Bracket     4    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (A) to a suitable lifting device to radiator guard and support (12). The weight of radiator guard and support (12) is approximately 340 kg (750 lb).

Install bolts (11). Install clamp (10). Connect harness assembly (9). Repeat for opposite side.

Install tubes (8). Install clamps (7). Repeat for opposite side.

Install clips (6).

Position cover (4). Install bolts (2). Install door (1). Install bolts (3) .
Fill the cooling systems. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.End By: Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
