Assemble the spring centering mechanism, as shown: washer (53), retainer (52), spring (51), retainer (50) and bolt (49). Use 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound on the bolt threads. Install the spring centering mechanism into each of the valve stems.

Install hoist stem (43) and boom stem (44) .
Install O-rings (46) and (48) into the covers.
Install covers (45) and (47) onto the load winch and boom winch control valve.

Install ends (41) and (42) into covers (39) and (40) .

Install springs (34) and (37) and spools (33) and (36) into the load winch and boom winch direction control valve.
Install O-ring seals (31) and (38) into the covers.

Install backup ring (30) .
Install pilot operated relief valve (22) into each of the manifolds.

Assemble the body assembly, as follows: body (10), plunger (11), shims (12), spring (13), spool (14), valve (15), O-ring seals (16) and body (17). Install the bolts that hold the body assembly together.
