A     5P-3931     Anti-Seize Compound     1    Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install STIC steering pilot valve (6), the lever and the lockout assembly.
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of the bolts. Install the bolts, the bracket and three nuts (7) .
Connect two hose assemblies (8). Connect hose assemblies (9) and (10) .

Loosen two locknuts (11). With the STIC steering pilot valve in the center position, adjust plate (13) in order to correctly engage the mechanical lockout. Tighten locknuts (11). Operate lever (12) to lock and unlock the mechanical lockout assembly and check for a smooth operation.
Check the adjustment for the STIC control lock limit switch. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Limit Switch (STIC Control Lock) - Check and Adjust".

Connect wiring harness at electrical connectors (4) and (5) .

Connect the step lamp wiring harness at electrical connector (3) .

Install cover (2). Install cover (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
Adjust the steering deadband. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "STIC Control (Steering Deadband) - Adjust".End By: Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
