Do not jump from a ladder or stairs.Do not stand on components which cannot support your weight. Use an adequate ladder or use a work platform. Secure the climbing equipment so that the equipment will not move.Do not carry tools or supplies when you are climbing. Use a hand line or other means for carrying equipment up to the work area.
