Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the work tool from the host machine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7621, "Work Tool Installation and Removal". The Operation and Maintenance Manual is located within Owner's Manual, RENR4449.

Note: When possible, position the work tool upright. The work tool should only be positioned in this manner on a solid, level surface. If a solid level surface is not available, lay the work tool on a side.
Attach an appropriate nylon lifting sling and a hoist to mounting bracket (1).

Remove the 24 bolts and the washers from the mounting bracket. Lift the mounting bracket from the work tool. Refer to Table 1 for the weights of the mounting brackets.Installation Procedure

Attach an appropriate nylon lifting sling and a hoist to mounting bracket (1). Lift the mounting bracket into position on the work tool. Refer to Table 2 for the weights of the mounting brackets.
Install the 24 bolts and the washers to the mounting bracket. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 530 70 N m (391 52 lb ft).
