Use two people to position radiator header tank (12). The weight of radiator header tank (12) is approximately 40 kg (88 lb).
Install four bolts (11) .

Connect hose assemblies (6), (7), (8) and (9) .
Connect electrical connector (10) .

Install bolt (5) to the bracket.

Connect hose assembly (3) .
Install three cable straps (4) (not shown) to hose assembly (3) .
Lower radiator cover (2) .

Install two bolts (1) to each side of radiator cover (2) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (DEAC) - Change" or Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the proper filling procedure.End By:
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
