Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the gear pump.

Remove bolts (1), washers (2), and seal washers (3) from body assembly (4).
Remove adapter (5) from body assembly (4).

Remove lip seal (6), retaining ring (7), and lip seal (8) from adapter (5).
Remove plug (9) from adapter (5).

Remove O-ring seal (11) and dowels (12) from adapter (5).
Remove bearings (10).

Remove shafts (14) and (15) from body assembly (4).
Remove plug (13) and the O-ring seal.

Use a suitable press to remove gears (17) from shafts (14) and (15).Note: Damage will occur to retaining rings (16).
Remove woodruff keys (18) and retaining rings (16).

Note the location of the bearing joints.
Remove bearings (19) from body assembly (4).
