Submit a Service Information Management System (SIMS) report
Submit a Dealer Solution Network (DSN) ticket quoting CPI number 375420
Request that the Tier 1 representative, transfer your ticket to an available Tier 2 representative for Caterpillar Underground Mining - Base Machine
