Handling Instructions
Inspect tilt and shock indicators. A 30 degree tilt is the acceptable maximum. The shock indicator should be clear (not showing red).Note: If the tilt indicator registered a tilt over 30 degrees, or if the shock indicator is red (unacceptable shock indicated), hidden damage must be suspected. Photograph the tilt and shock indicators in place on the cabinet, for assistance in processing a damage claim.Moving the System

Removal of the Shipping Skid
Illustration 3 g00999408
Illustration 4 g00999410
The system is attached to two skids (1) . The skids (1) provide protection from shock and vibration. The skids (1) are constructed of a foam that is sandwiched between two pieces of wood. Refer to illustration 3. The skids (1) are attached to the anchoring cleats by four bolts (3) . Wood blocks are used to support the system prior to installation. These wood blocks are attached to the skids (1) . A kick plate (2) that is attached to the left side of the skid protects the system from damage by the fork lift during moving.
Illustration 5 g00999404
Remove the four screws (4) in order to remove the kick plate (2) from the skid. After removing the kick plate (2) , access to the two shipping bolts (3) on the right side of the skids (1) .
Remove the four bolts (3) for shipping that secure the skids (1) to the anchoring cleats (5) . The system must be lifted over these bolts in order to remove the skids (1) .
Insert the forks from the fork lift under the right side of the system.
Lift the system slightly in order to remove the weight from the skids (1) .
Remove the skid.
Lower the system onto the anchoring cleats.
Move the fork lift to the front of the system and insert the forks between the anchoring cleats.
Remove the anchoring cleats from the system. While the anchoring cleats are being attached to the floor, use the wood blocks in order to support the system.Note: Plywood is attached to the blocks. When you support the system, ensure that the blocks have the same orientation. Do not support the system on the plywood.
Open the front door of the system in order to gain access to the serial number and the key to the user interface.
Illustration 6 g00999411
Verify that the serial number (6) corresponds with the serial number that is specified on the document for shipping. The serial number can be located on the bottom left-hand corner of the floor of the cabinet. The serial number will be stamped into the metal. Refer to illustration 6. A record of this information is
