2 4 9X-6620 Locknut Before assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize.
Torque to 55 5 N.m (41 4 lb ft).
3 1 1W-9311 Turbine Clamp As Use the following procedure to tighten the turbine clamp assembly:
(1.) Tighten the band clamp to 18.0 1.6 N m (159.3 14.2 lb in).
(2.) Loosen the band clamp by one to two turns.
(3.) Again, tighten the band clamp to 13.6 1.2 N m (120.4 10.6 lb in).
