To prevent personal injury be aware that the bogie assembly is free to pivot vertically when the front of the machine is raised.
2. Raise the side of the mainframe up just enough to remove the load from the bogie assembly and wheels. Block the mainframe up in this raised position. 3. Remove bolt (1) that fastens the cross tie rod to the bogie assembly. 4. Remove snap ring (2) and two spacers (3) that hold bogie assembly (5) on trunnion shaft (4).5. Use a fork lift truck to remove bogie assembly (5) from the trunnion shaft. The weight of the bogie assembly is 500 kg (1100 lb).6. Remove two spacers (6) from the trunnion shaft. For installation of the bogie assembly, reverse the removal steps. At the time of installation of the bogie assembly lightly grease all the moving parts with 5P0960 Multipurpose Grease.End By:a. install steering cylinder
