  WHEEL HARVESTER,
Information:
 (1) Install 6P5392 Switch Assembly (1) in transmission filter housing (2). Cut a piece of 16 gauge wire 865.0 (34") long, Use terminals from 1P2303 Electrical Terminal Assortment, and the wire, to make harness assembly (3). Connect the harness to switches (1) and (4).(2) Put a 685.0 mm (27.0") long piece of 5P3619 Tubing over former sending wire (6), and connect wire (6) to sender (5). Use former clip (7) to fasten the tubing to an existing bolt.7T300 Shift Pressure Valve Group
(1) Remove shift pressure control valve (1) from the transmission; see the Service Manual. Remove the cover from shift pressure control valve (1); and remove priority valve (2), spring (3) and spools (4) from valve (1). (2) Install 8S9127 Valve Assembly (5) and three 7M1397 Spacers, 8M6402 Spring (6) and 5S6983 Stop (7) in valve (1) where the former priority valve, spring and spool were removed. Install 5S6994 Spool Assembly (8), former spring (9), spacers (10) and the cover in valve (1). Remove the former part number identification tag from valve (1), and install a 6T4078 Plate with a 7B3028 Screw where the former tag was removed. It may be necessary to add or remove 7M1397 Spacers as needed to get the correct pressure; see the Testing and Adjusting Procedure on page 36.Modifications To Sequence And Pressure Control Valve Group
(1) Remove sequence and pressure control valve (1) from the transmission. Remove plug (2) from valve (1). Use a 5/16"-24 bolt, approximately 50.0 mm (2.0") long, and flat washers as necessary to remove retainer (3) from the valve. Remove orifice (4) from the valve. Orifice (4) will not be used again. Install retainer (3) [and a 5H6005 Seal if needed] and former plug (2) in their original location in valve (1). Install valve (1) on the transmission.Hoist Hydraulic Control Valve Linkage
(1) Remove ends (1) and (2) and the lock nuts from the former hoist hydraulic control valve linkage. Install ends (1) and (2) on 9G8236 Rod (3). Connect the ends to hoist control levers (4) and (5) as shown.Testing And Adjusting Procedure
In order to do a good functional check of the transmission, lift the rear wheels off the ground and support the machine with suitable stands. Put guards around the rear wheels while the test is made. The rear wheels will turn at a fast rate of speed. Keep people and equipment away while the wheels are turning.
(A) Initial Startup
(1) Fill the radiator with coolant. Fill the steering and hydraulic tank with SAE 10W oil. For temperatures above 0° C (32° F) fill the transmission tank with SAE 30W oil. For temperatures below 0° C (32° F), fill the transmission tank with SAE 10W oil. Use oil specification CD/TO-2 for the hydraulic system and transmission.(2) Start the truck and run it for approximately 5 minutes; then refill the steering and hydraulic tanks, and the transmission tank. During the test procedure keep the oil in all tanks at the correct level.(B) Priority Valve Shift Pressure
(1) Install a 1400
