Apply Tooling (A) to the lip seal bores of the lift arms and the tilt arms.
Install four lip type seals (6) onto the tilt arm pin bores. Install four lip type seals (6) onto the lift arm pin bores.

Use a suitable lifting device to position bucket group (1) in front of the loader frame.The weight of bucket (1) is approximately 24200 kg (53352 lb). Position bucket group (1) so that the pin bores are aligned.

Align the pin bore of bucket group (1) and the bore of the lift arms. Determine the number of shims (9) and shims (10) that are required to eliminate lift arm to non-engine end frame or bucket gap. Use shims (9) and shims (10) as required.
Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to install pins (7). The weight of each pin (7) is approximately 140 kg (310 lb). Install pin (7), shims (9), and shims (10).
Remove Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device.
