High pressure pilot relief valve (1) and pressure reducing valve (3) control the pilot system pressure.Pilot oil enters high pressure pilot relief valve (1) and the track tension circuit. High pressure pilot relief valve (1) has a pressure setting of 7000 kPa (1015 psi). High pressure pilot relief valve (1) supplies the high pressure oil to pressure reducing valve (3). Pressure reducing valve (3) maintains the low pressure circuit to 4500 kPa (650 psi). Therefore, the pilot oil in the track tension circuit and in the high pressure circuit is maintained at 7000 kPa (1015 psi). Check valve (2) limits the flow of oil to one direction. Pilot oil flows from the check valve through a passage to the pilot accumulator and to the hydraulic activation control selector valve.
