Stick Lowering Control Valve Issue Investigation
Extend out the stick.
Turn OFF the contact key. Position the key at 1.
Move the joystick in order to retract the stick inward.
If the stick does not move in, check the pilot pressure at the SLCV. Ensure that the drain and pilot lines are not inverted.
If the stick does move in but not as expected, replace the SLCV to ensure controllability.
If the stick does move in and moves as expected, investigate root causes other than the SLCV.Stick Drift Issue
Measure the drift. Use the procedures that are listed in Table 2.
Extend the stick fully out and release the joystick.
If the stick is not drifting, install a new line relief valve.
If the stick is still drifting, contact product support and return the valve together with the troubleshooting procedure measurements that are listed in Table 3.
