Drain cooling system and remove the 297-2627 Tube As. or the 273-1075 at the 7E-0745 Adapter. Replace 6V-1454 O-Ring and reassemble tube utilizing the new 1246333/">124-6333 Clamp As., 7E-7209 Retainer Ring, and new hardware. Refill the cooling system.

The existing 1246333/">124-6333 Clamp As. can allow the 297-2627 Tube As. to move causing the 6V-1454 O-Ring to roll within the 7E-0745 Adapter resulting in a coolant leak. You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Caterpillar dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 02Aug2007 when scheduling this service.
