(1) 218-0324 Refrigerant Compressor Gp (2) 149-2491 Air Conditioner Fitting (3) 3E-4053 Air Conditioner Fitting The steps for rework are listed below.
Remove the refrigerant from the system if it is necessary.
Disconnect the 297-1084 Hose As and the 294-3041 Hose As .
Remove compressor (1).
Remove Air Conditioner Fitting (2) and Air Conditioner Fitting (3) .
Install 304-2740 Manifold Assembly .
Reinstall compressor (1). Index compressor (1) at 180 degrees from the original position.
Loosen "P" Clips. Adjust the lines for 294-3041 Hose As and 297-1084 Hose As. Connect the lines for 294-3041 Hose As and 297-1084 Hose As to the correct ports.
Secure all "P" clips.
Charge the air conditioning system and check the air conditioning system for leaks.
