7C-0885 Water Lines Group. (1) 109-7279 Outlet Sleeve. (2) 118-8586 O-ring Seal.Adaptable To: The new 109-7279 Outlet Sleeve replaces the former 4W-3122 Outlet Sleeve in the above truck engines. The 118-8586 O-ring Seal replaces the former 6F-0711 O-ring Seal. Check the outlet sleeve if an engine experiences severe overheating. The new 109-7279 Outlet Sleeve is made from a plastic material that is stable to 150°C (302.0°F). The outlet sleeve can be distorted or melt if this temperature is exceeded. If a distorted or melted outlet sleeve is found, routinely examine the engine for overheating and replace the sleeve as well as the coolant hoses. The new 109-7279 outlet sleeve should only be used ONCE. Do NOT reassemble a used outlet sleeve into an engine.
