B 1U-9200 Lever Puller Hoist 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before you begin the removal procedure, the exterior of the components should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Place suitable blocking under track assembly (1).

Raise the blade . Position Tooling (A) under the blade and lower the blade onto Tooling (A).

Separate track assembly (1). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Seperate".
Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable strap to track assembly (1). Use Tooling (B ) and a suitable strap in order to position track assembly (1) away from the idler assembly.

Remove plates (2). Remove guard (3).

Remove brackets (4).

Attach a suitable lifting device to front idler (5) in order to position front idler (5) forward. The weight of front idler (5) is approximately 159 kg (350 lb).

Attach an additional suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to front idler (5). Remove front idler (5).

If necessary, remove bolts (6), shims (7), and wear strips (8).
