Install cam (20) on shaft (21). Install dowel (19). Install spring pin (18) to Dimension (X). Dimension (X) is 28.1 0.5 mm (1.11 0.02 inch).

Install retaining rings (16) and (17). Install spring (15) and washer (14).

Use Tooling (A) in order to install bearing assembly (12). Install lip seal (11). Install spring pin (13) in housing assembly (9) to Dimension (Y). Dimension (Y) is 27.0 0.5 mm (1.06 0.02 inch).

Install cam assembly (10) in housing assembly (9). Note: Ensure that the spring properly is engaged on both the spring pins.

Install woodruff key (8).

Use Tooling (A) in order to install bearing assembly (7) in housing assembly (4). Install lip seal (6).

Install washer (5) on housing assembly (4). Note: White assembly grease may be used on the washer.

Install housing assembly (4) and bolts (3). Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9lb in).

Install sensor (1) and bolts (2). Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to the following torque 2.25 0.5 N m (20 4 lb in).
