Press the "OK" key. If at least one device was detected on the CAN bus, a dialog like Illustration 1 appears.This dialog lists one of the following that are applicable for the type of machine that is selected. The version of each file is also shown.
Correctly named ".s" files on the root folder of the USB flash drive device
Internal memory of the display
Verify that the software versions that are displayed on the screen are the latest versions.
Check on the Cat"SIS" website for the latest software versions.
If newer versions of software are available on the Cat"SIS" website, copy the software to the root directory of a USB flash drive device.
Place the USB flash drive device into the display.
Press the arrow keys to highlight the "MS992nnn.s" file or the "CR900nnn.s" file.
Press the "OK" key.The dialog displays the "current application" and "loader version" of the sensors.

Press the "OK" key.A dialog like Illustration 2 appears.The firmware upgrade begins. A progress bar appears.Note: Do not remove the USB flash drive device or turn off the display during the firmware upgrade.When the upgrade is completed, a text message appears informing if the upgrade was successful or failed.If the upgrade was successful, the "device version" is updated to reflect the change.If the upgrade fails, retry the upgrade.
