Before disconnecting any lines lower all hydraulics to relieve pressure.
1. Move ejector forward and lower the apron. Lower the bowl to the ground and put blocks in front of the scraper tires.2. Disconnect air and hydraulic lines (1) at tractor end and remove the clamps that hold them.3. Disconnect three hydraulic lines (2) at both sides of hitch.4. Remove bolts, yokes and pin from rod end of each steering cylinder. Push the steering cylinders away from the steering links.5. Install tooling (A) under draft frame.6. Put tooling (B) in position under front of tractor for safety. Fasten a hoist to front of tractor.7. Put a 4 in. (10 cm) block (3) under each side of hitch to keep it stationary when the hitch pins are removed.8. Remove bolts, lock and yoke that holds the upper hitch pin.9. Lift front of tractor and draft frame until the upper hitch pin is free.10. Remove upper hitch pin with tooling (C).11. Remove bracket (4) and yoke (5) for the follow-up linkage.12. Remove lower hitch pin (6) and washer (8) with tooling (C).13. Pull the tractor away from the scraper. Remove three washers (7) from hitch.14. Use tooling (B) as a support for the tractor.
