41. Remove retainer (64), spring (65) and spring seat (66). 42. Remove pin (67) and cage link (68). 43. Remove swash plate assembly (69). 44. Remove bearing halves (70). 45. Remove two bearing races (71) and slider block (72). 46. Remove two bolts (73), link (74), arm (75), block (76) and pin (77).
Mark the servo sleeve (79) and housing (26) to identify each servo sleeve (79) with its respective side of the housing (26).
47. Remove three bolts (78) and carefully pry servo sleeve (79) to remove from housing (26).48. Repeat step 47 for opposite side. 49. Remove four O-rings (80). 50. Remove servo piston (81). 51. Remove two O-rings (82). The following steps are for the assembly of the propel system pump. All pump components must be cleaned and inspected before assembly. If any components are worn beyond recommended limits they must be replaced. Lubricate all moving parts with clean oil during assembly. Assemble pump with all new seals.52. Install two O-rings (82). 53. Install servo piston (81). 54. Install four O-rings (80). 55. Install the servo sleeve (79) into its respective side of the housing (26) and install three bolts (78). 56. Install pin (77), block (76), arm (75), link (74) and two bolts (73). 57. Install slider block (72) and install two bearing races (71). 58. Install bearing halves (70). 59. Install swash plate assembly (69). 60. Install cage link (68) and pin (67). 61. Install spring seat (66), spring (65) and retainer (64). 62. Put cylinder block (62) in a press. Install a suitable drive plate on retainer (64) and compress spring (65) until retaining ring (63) can be installed. 63. Put clean hydraulic oil on nine piston assemblies (60). Install the nine pistons (60) according to the identification marks made during disassembly into their proper location in the slipper guide (61) and the cylinder block (62). Move the slipper guide (61) from side to side to ensure the piston assemblies (60) move freely in the cylinder block (62). 64. Lay housing (26) on side and install rotary group (59). 65. Install four spacers (58) and two bearings (57). Put Thread Lock on the threads of four bolts (56) and install four bolts (56). 66. Install leveler (55) and two guide posts (54). 67. Install two nuts (53). 68. Install O-ring (52) and two spring seats (51). 69. Install cover (50). Put Thread Lock on the threads of six bolts (49). Install six bolts (49). 70. Install three springs (48). 71. Install gasket (47). 72. Install journal bearing (46) and bushing (45).
Note position of pin (44) to valve housing (25).
73. Install pin (44), port plate (43) and ring (42). 74. Install two gears (41). 75. Install key (40) and shaft (39). 76. Install bushing (38) and O-ring (37). 77. Install cover (36). 78. Install retaining plate (35) and six bolts (34). 79. Install O-ring (33). 80. Install plug (32). 81. Install two O-rings (31). 82. Install four plugs (30). 83. Install shims (29), locating pins
