WASHER 5353128 - Caterpillar

1. Remove four bolts (3) and remove duct (2) on the left side of the cab.2. Pull louvers (1) out from the duct to remove the louvers. 3. Pull out on louvers (4) and (5) and remove the louvers from the left console. Remove two louvers from the right console. 4. Remove box (6) and louvers (8) and (9) from the duct on the right side of the cab. Remove the nuts from inside duct (10) that hold the duct in place. Remove duct (10).5. Pull out and remove louvers (7) from duct (10).Install Air Conditioning And Heating Ducts
1. Put duct (1) in position on the right console. Install the nuts that hold the duct to the right console.2. Install four louvers in the duct. Install the box on the top of the duct. 3. Put louvers (3) and (2) in position in the left console. Push in to install the louvers. Install the two louvers in the right console. 4. Install louvers (4) in the duct. Put duct (5) in position on the left console and install the bolts that hold it in place.
