Ensure that Torca clamp (2) and Torca clamp (5) are clean and free from wear and damage. If necessary, replace Torca clamps that are worn or damaged.
Position new gaskets (9) onto Torca clamps. Position the Torca clamps onto the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and the outlet section.Note: Ensure that the Torca clamps are correctly oriented.
Attach a suitable lifting device to DPF (3). The weight of the DPF is approximately 20 kg (44 lb).
Use the suitable lifting device to install DPF (3) to the clean emission module bracket.Note: Ensure that DPF (3) is correctly oriented as direction (4) .
Move Torca clamp (2) and Torca clamp (5) in direction (6) and direction (8) .

Align DPF (3) with Position (A) and Position (C) across the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) (3), the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and outlet section (1) .
Align marks with the edge of Torca clamp (2) and Torca clamp (5) in Position (B) and Position (D) .
Tighten nuts on Torca clamp (2) and Torca clamp (5) hand tight.
Ensure that the Torca clamps and gaskets (9) are equally positioned over the DOC, the DPF and the outlet section. Ensure that Torca clamps and gasket (9) are positioned squarely before tightening the nut on the Torca clamps.
Remove the suitable lifting device from the DPF.
Install clamp (7) onto DPF (3). Install the nut to clamp (7) hand tight.
Tighten nuts for Torca clamp (2) and Torca clamp (5) to a torque of 42 N m (31 lb ft).
Tighten nuts for clamp (7) to a torque of 14 N m (124 lb in).Installation Procedure for Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)

Wear goggles, gloves, protective clothing, and a National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) approved P95 or N95 half-face respirator when handling a used Diesel Particulate Filter or Catalytic Converter Muffler. Failure to do so could result in personal injury.
Do not strike any part of the assembly of the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). Do not allow any object to contact the internal element of the DPF. If the internal element of the DPF becomes damaged, the assembly must be replaced.
Ensure that all components are clean and free from wear and damage. If necessary, replace any components that are worn or damaged.
In certain applications, it will be necessary to install the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and the outlet section as a assembly to the clean emissions module.

Attach a suitable lifting device to the assembly of the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) (11). The weight of the DPF is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).
Use the suitable lifting device to install the assembly of DPF (11) to the mounting bracket for the clean emissions module.
Loosely assemble clamp (10) .Note: Ensure that the DPF assembly is correctly aligned with the flexible tube assembly.
Loosely install clamps (13). Install
