Removal Procedure

Raise the blade and block up the circle assembly, as shown. Repeat Step 1 for the circle assembly on the opposite side.
Remove pin assembly (4) from bracket (3) .
Remove bolts (2) and plates (1) from the upper rail of the blade and from the lower rail of the blade.
Repeat Step 3 for the opposite side.

Pull the blade from the circle assembly far enough in order to fasten a suitable lifting device to blade (5). Remove the blade from the circle. The weight of the blade is approximately 1400 kg (3086 lb). Note the shims and the wear strips on the upper rail and on the lower rail for installation purposes.
