Torque to 40 8 N m (30 6 lb ft).
2 6 163-5495 Lockwasher Set Torque to 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).
3 1 163-5497 Screw Before assembly, apply green Loctite 648 to the threads.
4 1 364-2150 Compressor Wheel Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A copper anti-seize to the threads.
Torque to 610 30 N m (450 22 lb ft).
5 6 163-6443 Bolt Before assembly, apply green Loctite 648 to the threads.
Torque to 6 N m (53 lb in).
6 1 200-8029 Speed Sensor Gp Torque to 12 2 N m (106 18 lb in).
7 - - Apply 5.0 mm (0.20 inch) bead at location on complete circumference of outlet housing without any gaps.
Before assembly, apply black Loctite 593 to the bearing housing.
Assemble outlet housing to bearing housing within 5 minutes of applying the sealant.
Sealant must be cured for minimum 2 hours before turbocharge is put into service.
