2. Remove bolt from regulator housing to disconnect wire (1).3. Disconnect grease lines (6).5. Loosen clamps around radiator tube (2).6. Disconnect water bypass hose (5).7. Remove bolts (3) that hold the water temperature regulator housing to the water manifold.8. Remove water temperature regulator housing (4). 9. Remove the two water temperature regulators (7) from the housing. Remove the two seals from the housing.Install Water Temperature Regulators
1. Install seals in housing (1) with tooling (A). 2. Install the two water temperature regulators (2) in the housing.3. Put the water temperature regulator housing in position on the water manifold. Install the bolts that hold the housing to the water manifold.4. Put bypass line on housing and tighten clamps.5. Put radiator tube on housing and tighten clamps.6. Connect the grease lines.7. Connect wire to regulator housing with clip and bolt.8. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. See LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE.
