Information:

At operating temperature, the engine coolant is hot and under pressure.Steam can cause personal injury.Check the coolant level only after the engine has been stopped and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with the bare hand.Remove the filler cap slowly to relieve pressure.Cooling system conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with skin and eyes to prevent personal injury.
Note: Put identification on all lines, hoses, wires, and tubes for installation purposes. Use caps and plugs on all lines, hoses, and tubes in order to prevent fluid loss or contamination of the systems.

Open the access door on the rear left side of the machine.

Remove the bolts, the washers, and access panels (1) and (2).

Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings to cover assembly (3). Remove bolts (4) and the washers from cover assembly (3) .

Remove bolts (5), bolts (6), and the washers from cover assembly (3) .

Remove bolt (7) and the washer.

If equipped, remove bolts (8) and antenna (9) from the cover assembly.
Use the hoist to remove cover assembly (3). The weight of the cover assembly is 75 kg (160 lb).

Disconnect refrigerant lines (10) and (11) .

Remove the bolts, the washers, and clamps (12) from the hydraulic oil cooler lines.
Remove the bolts, the washers, and hydraulic oil cooler lines (13) .

Loosen hose clamps (14) on the air line on the top of the aftercooler.
Repeat Step 12 for air line on the bottom aftercooler.

Install Tooling (A) to the radiator group. Attach a hoist and suitable lifting chains to Tooling (A) .

Cut tie straps (15) that connect the wiring harness to the fan shroud. Move the wiring harness away from the fan shroud.
Remove bolt (16) and the washer from brace (17) .
Repeat Step 16 on the other side of the fan shroud.

Remove four bolts (18) and the washers.
Use the hoist to carefully remove the radiator group. The weight of the radiator group is 475 kg (1050 lb).
