31.75 mm (1.25 inch) "through hole". used to route the power harness down from the buddy seat to the electrical cabinetNote: The fuse holder bank on the left side is the un-switched (+ 24 VDC) power source. The fuse holder bank on the right side is the switched (via the key switch/power relay) power source. Refer to the photo in Illustration 28 and the electrical schematic in Illustration 29 in order to correctly wire the connections.

Electrical schematic for power harness and fuse installation
Turn the disconnect switch to the OFF position.
Route the cable from the 290-1917 Front Main Harness to the "Run" relay.
Connect the RED (+24 volt) wire to a fuse holder.
Connect a wire from the supply side of the "Run" relay to the opposite side of the fuse holder.
Connect the PINK (switched +24 volt) wire to a second fuse holder.
Connect a wire to the switched side of the "Run" relay to the opposite side of the fuse holder.
Connect the BLACK (ground) wire to a ground lug.
Insert a 10 amp fuse into each of the fuse holders.Note: If the Run relay is not easily accessible, then the key switch may be used as a substitute connection point.Setting the Machine ID
Before applying power to the CAESultra for the first time, verify the power connections. Turn off the key switch. Check for 24 volts between pins A (+) and B (-) and zero volts between pins B and C. Turn the key switch to the ON position (not start) and verify that there are 24 volts between pins B (-) and C (switched +).After power has been verified, connect the 3-pin connector from the power harness to the mating CAESultra Main Harness power connector.Machine ID Worksheet

Measure the machine GPS Receiver offsets referenced to the machines specific dimensions for setting the machine up in the office from METSmanager.ReferenceRefer to the sample METSmanager screen shot, Illustration 30, as a reference guide and template in order to record the machine dimensions. Note: The "X" measurement that is taken to the left of the center of rotation will be a negative number. The "X" measurement that is taken to the right of the center of rotation will be a positive number.Note: The "Y" measurement that is taken to the behind the center of rotation will be a negative number. The "Y" measurement that is taken in front of the center of rotation will be a positive number.
