PRODUCT SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR FAILURES OF THE PISTON RETAINING BOLT IN TILT CYLINDERS ON IT28 INTEGRATED TOOLCARRIERS, 5104, PS4192 U-144 A-65 O-82 This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4192" as Part Number and "7755" as Group Number. Although products in the field should be administered as described above, dealers should purge parts stock immediately. Termination Date

Problem
The bolt which holds the piston to the end of the rod in the tilt cylinders on certain IT28 Integrated Toolcarriers may fail and result in a malfunction of the implement.

Action Required
Parts Stock Remove all 4T5786 Rod Assemblies from parts stock. Affected Product Both tilt cylinders should be reworked at the same time. Disassemble the tilt cylinder and remove the existing rod assembly, piston and retaining bolt and washer. Lubricate the threads of the new bolt and install the new parts. Tighten the piston retaining bolt to 1850 +/- 175 N X m (1350 +/- 130 lb ft).

Submit one claim for all 4T5786 Rod Assemblies removed from parts stock. (SEE ILLUSTRATION)
