Drain the separate circuit coolant.

Remove two bolts (1) and washers (2) that attach the upper clamps for the tube to the adapter for the aftercooler. Keep the bolts and washers for reuse, the clamps will not be reused.
Remove two bolts (3) and washers (2) that attach the lower clamps for the tube to the water pump flange. Remove two bolts (4), two nuts (5), and four washers (6) that connect two clamps (7) together. Keep all of the lower fasteners and the two lower clamps for reuse.Note: The following procedure is optional and not required. To ease the removal of tube (8), remove bolts (9) to remove flange (10). Replace the 273-3967 Gasket if flange (10) is removed.
Remove tube (8) .

Install o-ring (13) and ring (11) on both ends of tube (14) .
Assemble clamp (12) using two bolts (4), four washers (6), and two nuts (5) on to the aftercooler side of tube (14) .
Assemble clamp (7) using two bolts (4), four washers (6), and two nuts (5) on the pump side of tube (14) .
Install tube (14) into the aftercooler elbow and separate circuit water pump.
Install two bolts (1) and two washers (2) into clamp assembly (12). Leave all bolts loose until avoid misalignment of tube (14) .
Install two bolts (3) and two washers (2) into clamp assembly (7). Leave all bolts loose until Step 11 to avoid misalignment of tube (14) .
Tighten bolts (1) and (3) evenly to align tube (14). Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly for additional detailed instructions.
